Refund Policy – Kasina Digital

At Kasina Digital, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to deliver high-quality digital services tailored to your needs. However, due to the nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

1. General Policy

Refunds may be issued only under specific circumstances as outlined below. By hiring Kasina Digital, you agree to this policy and the conditions set forth within it.

2. Refund Eligibility by Service

✅ Website Development & Graphics Design

  • Full Refund: If work has not yet started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment.

  • Partial Refund: If work has started but is less than 50% complete (based on agreed scope), a partial refund will be calculated based on the work completed.

  • No Refund: Once a project is 50% or more completed or if the final files have been delivered.

✅ SEO Services & Social Media Marketing

  • These are ongoing monthly services.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed or ongoing months after work has begun.

  • Cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

✅ Documentation Services (Printing, Photocopying, Scanning)

  • Due to the nature of instant print/delivery, no refunds are provided once a job has been printed or delivered.

  • If there is a clear error caused by our team (e.g., wrong file printed), we will reprint at no additional cost.​

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You change your mind after work has started.

  • You fail to provide required materials or content.

  • You delay the project for more than 15 days without communication.

  • Dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences after approval or multiple revisions.

  • You violate the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund
