4. Payments & Deposits

  • A minimum deposit of 50% is required before starting most digital projects

  • Full payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery

  • Documentation services (printing, photocopying, etc.) require 100% upfront payment

  • Late payments may delay or suspend project delivery

5. Revisions & Feedback

  • We offer limited free revisions based on the agreed package

  • Additional revisions beyond this may be charged

  • All revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content created by Kasina Digital remains our intellectual property until full payment is received

  • After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party licensed materials
